In 1979, the Lord spoke to Pastor Sam during special revival services at a church in New Castle, Pennsylvania.  The Spirit of God showed Pastor Sam that he would pioneer a church in the Shenango Valley.  In 1980 Pastor and Kathy moved their family, rented a small building, and began to hold church services. Although they change buildings several times over the years, the message of healing, hope, and, restoration has remained the same. God said, “I am the same yesterday, today, and forever.”  He also said, “I am the Lord thy God and I change Not.” 

We believe that Jesus has provided salvation and healing by His sacrifice on the cross.  Day after day and year after year, God has proved His faithfulness to this church. 

We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for your life.  No matter how bad you are hurting, God wants to heal your life and help you find restoration.  Isaiah 61:1-4 is what Miracle Valley Church is founded on.  If you are captive to sin, habits, or hurts, God wants to set you free and bring a new life and fresh start to your relationship with Him.

Pastor Sam and Kathy have helped and ministered to thousands of people over the years, here in the United States and over seas. They remain faithful to God, His Church, and His people.   

Our church was founded on Isaiah 61:1-3

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called the trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.”

It is our goal to worship God the way that He desires. Our worship services are alive and expressive. Our music is contemporary and upbeat. You will see people clapping, raising their hands,m bowing, and closing their eyes. often times people will gather around the altar as they draw near to God. The preaching of God’s Word is passionate and powerful with practical real life examples to help strengthen your walk with God.
